Services

Business Services

•   On-site Situation Assessments – We’ll come to your location and evaluate your situation for free. The results will be presented to you in the form of a problem statement with specific solution recommendations and/or a detailed project plan.

•   On-site Configuration Services – We’ll come to your location and perform most of our configuration, performance, network and software repair services. We utilize the product vendor internet sites to retrieve the latest updates, patches and configuration data fro your software and hardware.

•   Off-site Configuration Services – When your internet connection is not as fast as required for optimal on-site service, we’ll take your equipment to our labs for upgrading.

•   Website Development - Our experienced staff will assist you in the development of your website and/or we’ll do the development for you.

•   Website Maintenance – Our experienced staff will evaluate, update and/or maintain your business website.

•   Training – We’ll train your staff “hands-on” on the operation of your PC and software. If we don’t know the product, we’ll find the resources for you to utilize.

•   Communications with Vendors – Are you having problems communicating with your Internet Service Provider, software vendor, hardware vendor? Is the problem resolution process a chore rather than a solution? We’ll assist you in resolving your product problems with the vendor.

Personal Computer Services

•   The Reload – For those PCs that have had too many fingers assisting in their growth, that have become unstable, that have been software upgraded to the point of bloat, or are infected with viruses and too much free software. We take you PC to our labs where we’ll recover all usable data, reformat the hard drive, clean the PC, reload the legally owned software, install any new software, access software and hardware vendors internet sites and apply all maintenance and security patches, and perform basic performance tuning.

•   System Hardware Installation – We’ll install that new piece of equipment or memory and verify its correct and optimal operation.

•   System Software Installation -- We’ll install your software, patch it with the vendors latest updates and verify its correct and optimal operation.

•   Training – We’ll train you “hands-on” on the operation of your PC and software.

Statement of Project

All proposed project services will be identified in advance in the Statement of Project document.  The Statement of Project document will include the a Customer Requirements section detailing the specific problems/solutions to be provided.  All project phases will be prioritized as agreed upon.  We will invoice at the completion of agreed upon project milestones.  Changes to the tasks, milestones or dates in the Statement of Project will be agreed upon in writing prior to execution.

Project Reporting

We will provide the designated project contact weekly status reports detailing our progress, findings and recommendations.

Billing

Business Clients - We invoice for our services weekly. Invoices are due and payable at presentation unless other arrangements have been made.

Residential Clients – Payment for services is due upon completion and/or delivery of equipment.

Rates

Our rates are straight forward, no hidden costs. They are dependent on the complexity of the activity performed for you. In all cases, the cost of hardware and software are the responsibility of the customer.

•   Initial Assessment – (2 hours maximum) – Free
•   On-Site Configuration Services - $39.00/hour - $300.00 maximum per day cap.
•   Off-Site Configuration Services - $29.00/hour
•   The Reload - $95.00 per PC (4 applications maximum)
•   Website Development & Maintenance - $49.00/hour & $39.00/hour
•   Training – (At business and in-home) - $29.00/hour - $250.00 maximum per day cap.
•   Incident Assistance with Vendors - $20.00 per incident (1 hour maximum)
•   Custom Programming (Software & Database) - Variable, $29.00 - $89.00/hour depending on language, engine and project complexity. All programming will be estimated by project in advance against a mutually approved requirements document.
